A valid photo ID is required for registration. You will need to fill in and sign the registration form, present your LIBIS reader’s card (if you purchased it from another library) or purchase a new LIBIS card. You can also register on ibiblioteka.lt. New registrants are issued a free reader’s card. Persons under 16 years of age are registered by presenting a registration card (under 16 years of age) filled in by their representative (parent, adoptive parent, guardian or custodian).
