Work and Study spaces

Computer Workstations

Great news! We’ve installed more open computer workstations to enhance your working and learning experience in the library. Whether you prefer to use the available computers or bring your personal laptop, the Oak Grove Library combines productivity with a choice of workspaces.

Individual Study and Meeting Rooms

We understand the value of concentration and privacy, especially when it’s not always possible to focus in open spaces on busier days. For those who want to work individually in silence or need privacy in a group, the Oak Grove Library offers exclusive individual work and meeting rooms.

The individual work rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors are free of charge and can be used for up to 4 hours per booked session. If the space is not reserved for another person at the end of the session, you may extend your reservation.
The meeting rooms on floors 3 and 4 can be reserved and used free of charge for 2 hours. If the space is not reserved for another person at the end of the session, you may extend your reservation.Additional time in Meeting Room A (3rd floor) is EUR 7 per hour, and in Meeting Room B (4th floor) is EUR 20 per hour.

The Knowledge Hub

“The Knowledge Hub” is a new training classroom with 16 computer workstations, located on the 4th floor of the library. This space is used as a regular training venue for residents and library professionals on a variety of topics.

The Knowledge Hub can also be rented for private seminars and training sessions – you can see the rental rates under Space rental.
