This educational program is dedicated to presenting the most interesting and recent publications on nature from the Children’s Literature Department of the library. However, we will not limit ourselves to theoretical discussions of these publications. Instead, we will engage in creative activities by “drawing” stamps of natural forms. The use of secondary materials (e.g., magazines, old books, scraps of paper) and natural materials (e.g., plant leaves) in the educational activities contributes to developing a responsible attitude towards modern consumerism among participants. Thus, scraps of paper and worn-out book pages with plant prints on them can be transformed into new postcards or paintings! These workshops only take place between June and October.
