In October 2026, the final partner meeting of the Erasmus+ KA2 project “GENIE: Generative AI for Inclusive Education and Empowerment” took place in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
During the meeting, the international project team reviewed the entire course of the project, discussed the results achieved, and outlined actions to ensure their long-term sustainability.
The main focus of the meeting was on analyzing the project’s results and impact. The partners reviewed the impact on learners, educators, and organizations, presented data from surveys conducted, and shared best practices and success stories regarding the application of generative artificial intelligence in inclusive education.
During the visit, participants also took a guided tour of Reggio Emilia’s innovation ecosystem at the “Tecnopolo” center. There, the partners attended presentations and learned about startups, business acceleration, a digital automation lab, and the potential applications of artificial intelligence.
As part of the cultural agenda, the project partners visited the “Collezione Maramotti” art gallery in Reggio Emilia, where they explored the contemporary art collection on display.
