Short Project Description: The aim of the project is to develop the managerial, general and professional competencies of cultural workers, ensuring systematic, targeted and long-term competence development, strengthening motivation, and directly contributing to qualitative improvements in the cultural services provided. During the implementation of the project, Kaunas Public Oak Grove Library will be responsible for organising and implementing internships and study visits for library staff from Kaunas city and the Kaunas region at libraries across Europe.
