Project Description: Specialists from Kaunas County Oak Grove Library and the andragogues and educators in public libraries of municipalities in the Kaunas region, will participate in the Erasmus+ KA1 adult education mobility programme, during which they will take part in job shadowing visits. During these visits, they will improve their competencies in digital, media, and information literacy, as well as in other areas aimed at ensuring effective and innovative library services. Based on the knowledge gained, new training programmes for non-formal adult education will be developed and previously created programmes will be updated. Library andragogues and educators will deliver training sessions for library visitors and specialists from regional libraries, and will additionally share their experience and knowledge through various communication channels.
